Who am I?

I am a 37-year-old man, living in Holbæk and on a daily basis I make a living by helping and counseling my clients. It is my great passion and privilege to work in the therapeutic and psychological field.

With many years of experience, training and education in the human psyche, childhood traumas, depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, and unhealthy, abusive relationships, destructive patterns, and many more, I am highly competent to guide and support you.

I’m a gentle soul who loves music, poetry and writing. I am happily engaged with my fiancée, and we often walk in the forest, enjoying the trees, animals and nature.

I find great interest in getting to know others intimately and have a relationship, that cultivates deep connection and sharing.
